    The owner is an extremely nice person, and I have hesitated to file a complaint for this very reason. Initially the work was good - rebuilding my deck and installing a new roof on my house. However, his crew did not complete the roofing over the deck/porch in November of 2021(due to winter weather setting in), and he promised to finish the job in the spring of 2022. He did not return to finish the job in the Spring, which has allowed water damage to occur to my deck/porch. Now, it will need extensive repair. I have left numerous text messages with him, asking when he will be completing the job . He has responded, promising he will get to me as soon as he "is caught up". It has been over a year since he installed my roof on my house, and since he originally promised to come back and finish my roofing over my deck. He was paid in full for the job, prior to beginning any work. I'm frustrated, and very disappointed.
