    I paid this business $65 via PayPal for 2 wedding signs for my wedding in October 2023. I purchased 1 custom drink sign, and 1 memorial sign. I purchased these signs in July 2022. I went back and forth with *********************, the business owner, several times prior to approving the custom sign. I was ignored multiple times throughout the process while I checked on progress. I constantly had to follow up, and there was always an excuse for the delay. I finally received the signs in October 2022. They were extremely scratched and didnt appear as they did in pictures previously sent (which disguised the damage with lighting and background). I immediately alerted business owner of problems to which she blamed transit. She advised she would immediately make new ones and send them out ASAP as she had nothing going on. This was in October 2022, its now December and Ive received nothing. Ive messaged and emailed her countless times and not been responded to. I did file a claim with Paypal as this does appear to be a scam now. She has until tomorrow at 6pm EST roughly to respond. Although, I doubt she does. I am in several ******** bridal groups where I have been told by other brides she is doing this to them as well. This is happening so frequently. She accepts money and then creates 1/10 product with the hope people will just accept the damaged products. I had high expectations and they were not met at all. Her lack of customer service is insulting, as at the beginning of the process I did mention to her I was worried I would be ghosted. She assured me that wouldnt happen, and thats exactly what is happening. Im extremely disappointed in the experience and the fact that she is doing this to other brides as well. Shes scamming people left and right and this needs to be addressed.
