    Safe n Sound alarm systems installed 2 cameras at our home on Monday Dec. 4 and within 30-45 minutes the service was having problems capturing folks approaching our front door. I called them and they said it only captures 30 sec. I said it appears the person just vanished. Three hours later I called back with questions because the unit wasn’t performing in the zoom like were told and again, issues with capturing folks at outdoor and not being notified for over 3 minutes. The technician said he would check with John and call back on Tuesday the 5th with answers around 08:00-08:30. At 11:15 they called and attempted to explain why it wasn’t working like expected. On Tuesday the 5th I called again to cancel the service and for them to pick up the equipment. The receptionist said John would call me right back. He didn’t. I called today at 12:08 p and again said to take the equipment out. The receptionist said she’d text John to call me. It’s now 2:25 p and I haven’t heard boo. This system doesn’t work as expected or told and I can’t talk with “John”. I called the technician who installed it and he won’t answer his phone. I’ll attempt to stop payment on the second check but the first has been cashed from us ordering the cameras on 11-16-2023. The first check was for ******** and the second check was written Monday for ********
