    If I could give Dr. ******************** a zero for this visit I would. Lets talk about payments being made before services are rendered! I paid my portion of the bill off on 04/20/2022. My insurance still had a balance as of 11/10/22 of $728.50 from the patient history report that I received from ****. I actually asked for the print out myself. I was just curious to see my balance. So, after my visit that day I called my insurance and spoke with ******* to figure out why payments were stopped on 06/29/2022. Thats when she informed me that she sent over a continuation form for the office to fill out and it was never received. I then called the office on three way and added **** to the call, so that we could fix this. I had to do a verbal form on the line so that payments could continue. So, on my next visit 12/15/ 2022, I asked **** have they sent a payment in and she stated they still havent. I called back that same day and was assured that payments will go out. And it did on 12/19/2022. The next visit came around on 1/26/2023, no one ever mentioned that a payment still hasnt been received. Then on my next visit 03/02/2023 the unprofessionalism rudeness of **** and Dr. ******************** began. I was treated like a criminal! Dr. ******************** kept me waiting in the chair until he received a payment. He asked the other young lady to approach me about a payment and she did with the credit card machine. As I was explaining to her that I dont have a bill and my portion had been paid off before time, she stated that they havent received a payment. I informed her that my insurance sent you guys a payment and that I have the *** at home to verify that. So, I immediately called my insurance once again on the line in front of her. Thats when **** charged around there being very very very rude and unprofessional. Dr. ******************** as well. When the give them the information, he stated let me check my account! Dr. ******************** received the payment on 12/19/2022 for $399.00! Never ever have I been so humiliated before!

    If I could leave this visit a zero I would. Today I had the most horrible experience with Kevin and ****! Talk about payments being made before services are rendered! I paid my balance off 04/20/22. My insurance still had a balance of $728.50. I called my insurance company on 11/10/22 because at the time, they havent received a payment from them since 06/29/22. I added **** on the call because (*******) told me they sent a continuation form to their office that didnt get filled out and faxed back over to them. So, they stop the payments until they received the form. I did a verbal form on the line **** and I and they said payments would start back within 15 days. It didnt.. So I called back again on 12/15/22 and they assured me the payments would take place. So, on 12/19/22 the sent Kevin Utley an electronic payment of $399.00. On 01/26/23 **** never said anything about a payment being still outstanding. I go in today and all h*** break loose. You would have thought that I was a criminal. I was in the office at the time by myself and I heard Kevin asking the young lady to approach me about a payment. I asked her, what payment? my bill is paid off and Im not responsible for a payment. My insurance has paid and I have the *** at home showing that.I immediately pick up my phone and start calling my insurance company. All while Kevin and ******************* me fussing about this bill and finally came from the front and back. **** was so unprofessional and I continuously asked her to stop and she kept going all the while Kevin was saying he hasnt received a payment and was refusing to adjust my braces. When he heard the rep say they sent an electronic payment, he went to his office to check and see. He comes back out and say I did receive it and he doesnt know how it was missed! I did everything right and was still treated like a criminal. I was humiliated and disrespected!
