    I contacted EPB and they contacted the business last year within a month of the damage, and they sent out someone who told me, "There is no way Madam that a piece from a tree caused that damage, because it would have had the break the paint. We are not responsible." said Jeffery W****. Off and on this past year, I tried to contact EPB's vegetarian manager and I got referred to the tree company. Finally the week of September 26-30,2022, someone new from the tree company called, I met with the man who sent pictures of the damage to my car, and the video I submitted to his boss and said someone would contact me back Friday, October 7,2022. I haven't heard from the tree company by phone or my e-mail since October 5,2022.

    The complaint at hand is currently under investigation with our upper management and investigative team. Our field supervisors have taken a deep look into the situation and made contact with the other parties involved to discuss the matter. Their conclusion was that the damage did not occur from any work we had performed, and my understanding is that this conclusion was communicated. However due to the ongoing complaint we as upper management have stepped in to investigate the matter further and attempt to resolve the issue. If any damages to anyone's property is proven to have been our fault. We will then absolutely take responsibility and work diligently with any property owner to reach an agreement in which both parties feel comfortable with agreeing too.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.as  long as their investigation doesn't take  6 months of October 5,2022.
