    They fixed my coil and gave me excellent price. The service rep. Was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I will definitely use this company for all my services needs.

    My air conditioner was replace approximately 2 years ago from Malone Heating and air, after installation the unit did not cool the house Mr. Malone came out he decided the unit that he had ordered for our home was not large enough to cool the house, and a larger capacity one would need to be installed. Once this unit was installed the same issue continued. It does not cool the house either, and we have asked multiple times for a tech to come out which they have once and stated the floor registers were at the correct temperature, however the thermostats reads 74 degrees, even when set for 69 degrees. I have left messages with the receptionist for Mr. Malone to come out and check it himself, and have also suggested the duct work to be wrapped to see if that would fix the issue, that was a year ago and yet nothing else has been done to correct the problem. This unit is a Train and was over $6500.00. I would appreciate Mr. Malone's help in resolving this matter. ***** *** ***** *****

    MICHAEL A. We had a complete HVAC unit replaced. The turnaround time from quote to completion of the project was two days. The Technicians were very professional and polite. They showed up on time and their work was very detail oriented. They were very forthcoming and patient while answering our questions. The owner of the business came out and checked on the work and was congenial, down to earth and very easy to talk to. Flawless from start to finish.

    I had a stopped up drain pipe on my AC. Technician unclogged pipe - worked 20 minutes and charged $188.00! They have large minimums for service fee's ($108.00 just to show up) and "diagnostic services" $ 80.00. I now use a different heat and air guy that won't charge near that much for such a simple problem.
