An exceptional resource for any Dragon owner, and much better than the dismally bad knowledgebase provided by Nuance themselves. I will be making my next Dragon purchase through them rather than getting myself stuck with Nuance's "support" besides what's already all over their forum (it's chock-full of already-solved support issues), the owner Lunis O. seems to be a very active and knowledgeable contributor to just about any issues you may have with either Dragon or his own addon application, KnowBrainer Pro. on that note, I've been using KBP for years and the BASIC (programming language) scripting interface and its extensive library of ready to use commands has gotten me through many tight squeezes when it comes to gaming with a disability. One particularly noteworthy example is "hold down", a command that comes ready to use and invokes User32.dll to simulate holding keys (with a counterpart command for releasing, of course). If you're a programmer and using Dragon, this is a must-have extension.

I have been purchasing Dragon from KnowBrainer since I sustained a disability that took my ability to type. I found him on line when the earliest edition of Dragon Legal came out. I could not have found a more knowledgeable expert on Dragon nor anyone more excited about the possibilities of this product than Lunic O*****. His understanding of the intricacies of the software coupled with his uncanny ability to explain any problem I had in lay terms is unrivaled.KnowBrainer

When I think of what I was prepared to accept Saturday morning, I was ready to give in. Not many people would respond on a Saturday let alone Sunday. It saved me on Monday am to hit the ground functional, I cannot type more than about 10 wpm.
Voice recognition has changed my professional life for 20 years. I marvel at the intellect on the forum, all because of ur commitment to us! Thank you!

5 starsI have used Knowbrainer for quite a long time. I appreciate the quick and professional service. There are no tricks or hidden fees. They are courteous and will answer your questions and fix something that may be wrong without any hassle. BTW the software is awesome also. I highly recommend them highly.
