The owner, whom was also the instructor, is unorganized and rude. I took a two day class for armed guard. There were people showing up 2-3 hours late, wrong grades were giving out, and if you have the slightest issue with a refund he will not respond through text but will gladly tell you how he feels by voicing it. I wanted to try to work something out with the owner but he hung up in my face. Im only giving two stars because I called the morning of class as I was on the lot and was able to attend last minute which was convenient.
