One of our businesses is a small but thriving printing company that prints 2-3 million pages yearly. Based on our eight years experience with the Visual Edge IT company and its predecessors, we would strongly advise other businesses to avoid any dealings with this company.Prior to moving the business to ***********, our printing company was very loyal to Xerox. But the move necessitated a change to a company (that has become Visual Edge IT) for support. With this change, our prior experience with Xerox equipment became dramatically different. This company's movers took 3 weeks to complete a 2 day job and damaged our equipment, then blamed us for their own carelessness! But this was JUST THE INTRODUCTION to an unbelievable 8 years. Instead of taking responsibility and correcting errors, the company would simply shift blame on mistake after mistake to Xerox. No doubt they were partially right. And we began to suspect that Xerox would have another bankruptcy. We determined never to purchase further Xerox equipment but extended our lease on the Xerox printers for a final 3 years. To our surprise we started receiving double bills each month. Visual Edge IT blamed Xerox and Xerox blamed Visual Edge.January of this last year, we purchased a large Konica-Minolta printing press and we couldn't be happier. But Visual Edge IT and Xerox kept their final surprise for last. At 90 days, we bought out the final portion of the Visual Edge lease. Yet we still have continued to receive invoices and now threatening notices. By mistake, we paid the first improper invoice so Visual Edge actually owes us over $1,000. They, of course, will blame it on Xerox (XFS to be exact) and we don't disagree, but it was Visual Edge IT (then XMC) that arranged for this.If we don't receive the refund, we will be taking Visual Edge IT, Xerox, and XFS to small claims court. I started investigating the process today.
