    I had a tow truck bring my vehicle to Maxi Auto. I told the tow man that my wheel was not secured and the battery probably needed replaced and that my whole front panel was not working. He was to relay this message to April. I also had my own conversation with April one day prior to bringing it in. When I went to pick my car up from the shop, my front panel still wasn't working. April said "I honestly didn't write that down, that was my error" I drove away thinking all was fine minus the panel and I had let her know i'd bring it back the next day so they could fix that issue. On my drive home, I noticed a noise. I had my husband check it out and Maxi Auto did not secure my wheel back on to my car. I had two children in my car and my whole wheel could have popped off with us in the vehicle. April was told by two different people that the wheel wasn't secured (by me and the tow truck man) and she didn't let the mechanics know. I watched a mechanic drive my car to me and I'm surprised he didn't notice when he drove it. When I called back to let them know that they didn't secure my wheel, all that April could say was "shit". No apology, no sympathy. Do NOT use this shop. They could have killed me. They didn't offer an apology and they don't listen.
