      Horrible poor service with empty promises and no customer service. Before buying from this company we were told that it is a small family run company. We were told that we would get handles for the cabinets, build a coffee bar, all on Saturdays so we didn’t have to take time off of work. The cabinet installers, which you have to pay extra for, made several holes in our walls and removed walls, which we asked for, but there was electrical and plumbing in those walls. We voiced several times when the sales rep was out that this was a possibility and he reassured us with “we’ll take care of it”. This means that “you will take care of it.” Have spent over 3000 extra in plumbing and drywall repair which they refused to pay for, citing, “part of the remodeling process.” When I spoke with the OWNER of the company he called me crazy, cursed at me several times and hung up on me and refused to speak to me again. This is not professional at all. The”3rd party contractors” which are not supposed to be affiliated with the company, are subsidiaries of this company. This was a five month ordeal, having to initiate communication with the company every step of the way as they would not communicate we me at all. And the installers of the granite do not work of Saturdays and they will not under mount your sink. I have had several granite companies throughout my homeownership and every one of them under mounted the sink. The company did not provide handles, electrical outlets for the island, and a wide choice of granite, all of which were promised. I had to take four days off or work to deal with the problems they created, plumbing, drywall, and installation. And they still scratched my brand new cabinets with the granite. And four drawers were not even installed. And the coffee bar is a sitting area, also which they refused to address. This company should not have a license to operate, they are scammers.

      Cassandra R*****, 1. You claim empty promises? We delivered all products as specified on your sales order and design. 2. It is made very clear that we are NOT a contractor, we are a manufacture/distributor. The independent installers install cabinets and DO NOT do plumbing or electrical. This also was made clear before the order was placed. 3. The”3rd party contractors” which are not supposed to be affiliated with the company, are subsidiaries of this company. THIS IS INCORRECT and if you want to make false accusations online we will be happy to turn this over to our legal team defamation. 4. The company limited communication with you due to you being belligerent and secretly recording phone conversations. All communications have been through email. 5."Coffee Bar Area" was approved by you in the design. 6. You again are making false allegations of calling this company scammers, we have been doing business for 40 years with thousands of satisfied clients across America. How are we scammers when we provided you every item that you ordered according to what you signed off in your design and according to your sales order and shipping receipt. 7. The under-mount sink that you provided against our company policy, you approved the template by the fabrication and installation company and no where did it specify under-mount, you did not specify that you wanted it under-mounted. You sink looks like a drop in model sink. Is your sink a dual mount model. If you did not specify how would they know. Why didn't you say something when they were installing it? You could have stopped the installation right then and requested that the sink be installed as an under-mount and have the edges polished. But not a word until after the fact. This is my recommendation to you. If you have a legitimate issue, please send it to us any issues of concern in an email. If in fact it is a legitimate issue we will do everything possible to make it right. Stop the false allegations, slandering which will only cause costly problems for you.
