    I had a bid to install an egress window. Put deposit down. And due to circumstances it was not possible to install. Requested a refund. Was told window was special made for my basement which ok. Window cost was $******. Requested window and my $******* remaining deposit. No where on the form does it state that no refund given. But since June so 3 months we have gotten phone calls ignored, excuses why when appoint set to meet no one shows doors are locked and phone calls ignored. I will never do business with this company and would love the owners name and contact info also. I have demanded refund with no luck.

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/09/14) */ Mary Called and informed us that she no longer had the money to complete the contract to install her egress window. She was told that she could pick up the window when she was ready for it and that the money would be refunded at the same time. Due to scheduling conflicts she was unable to arrange a day that worked for both of us. When her son was finally able to get to the store to pick up window We gave them an option to receive a full refund which they chose at that time. A full refund was issued.
