      On 02/06 I visit the UPS store for an ****** return. When I got to the location I seen I had to email the shipping information to the store so I did that while waiting in line. The line was moving kind of fast. I got the desk and the employee went to a computer to search for my email. She said she didn’t see it so I resent the email because I figured I missed something trying to hurry because the line was moving fast. After about three tries she went to get Skili, who took my phone and started flipping through it. I wanted to get the return done and get out so I kind of not say anything about her flipping through my phone. She then hand the phone back to me and look for the email without success. The other girl proceeded back to the desk to continue clearing the line. Skilia said well let’s give it a few minutes and she went to a register and started clearing the line. At this time I was looking at everything in my phone to troubleshoot and realized that there was no service. I walked to the desk and told skilia I was a mailbox holder and I didn’t have service on my phone there so can she ship the return after I leave and she gets the email. This is when she gave me the Wi-Fi information and after all this got in the email went right through. Skilia and the girl that originally both had customers and it was taking what seemed about 15 minutes. The lady in the far left corner near the computer I was standing Kim, proceeded to take customers as if was not standing there. It was not until I sat down she ask if I needed help. At this point my legs were burning due to me having Osteoarthritis. When Skilia got done with a customer she was about to call another customer when she seemed to remember she left me at the computer desk. She sat and pulled up all the emails sent. She pointed where my label would print. I brought it to her. She charged me $2.15 for a thin bag-no cushioning. This was my worst experience at this store.

      This store is forever miss placing the items I drop there that needs to be sent back to ****** which is causing me to lose out tgr my money for those items. Thus is an all tge fine thing with them and having to argue my ****** is seriously aggravating or stressful.
