Hired ****** Pools to install a 14x 30 fiberglass pool -To Date have paid them over $69K for work performed paying on time at every payment milestone of the project until the point we discovered they had damaged the pool badly -The problem occurred when they let the pool sit for 2 months + filled with dirt, stone and rocks. additionally, I had requested they clean this out carefully many times as I was concerned the muck, rock and stone would damage the pool - they advised "This is how we do all of our pools and we have never had a problem- they denied request to clean. THey then came out and installed concrete around the pool and dumped tons of concrete into the pool and created more of a problem not only with the added rocks, stone and concrete in pool but they had forms that were held in place with sharp metal clips ( dozens of them) that when they took the forms down for he coping of the pool, all fell into the pool, they finally cleaned the pool by vacuuming and not being able to see to the pool bottom because it was so dirty. ROcks and sharp metal clips must have stuck to vacuum head and cause massive scratching of pool surface in dozens of spots making it look terrible and causing concern how long pool will last. Spray deck was next where they did not finish the job as contacted to do specifically leaving previously discussed cracks unfilled that would make the job look complete, got another ton of paint, concrete into pool requiring several cleanings where the pool cleaner caused more damage. and when concrete deck was installed, I inquired about having them install 5 Umbrella holders sunk into concrete, they stated it would be no charge as they just lay them into the concrete as I supplied the parts. THe umbrella holders are not straight and all umbrellas tilt so bad they look ridiculous and are nearly unusable. I asked ****** to notify an owner for me to talk to and she refused my request, in turn they sued me for not paying for the rest of the job
