    Im sorry it felt as if we were not responding to an issue you had with work we completed. After the initial issue was found we referred you to a company that could handle the issue that caused the materials to fail. A moisture problem with the home was found to be the cause of the mold inside of the walls. The issue was not caused by the wall paneling that was installed. An estimate was sent by a third party unrelated to me to correct the issue that caused the moisture problems. The third party also agreed that the moisture problem in the home caused the issue not the materials. The interior of the home was over 65% humidity and the walls and floor were holding over 20% moisture (to not allow mold growth humidity should be around 55% or lower and moisture content should be around 10% or lower) The cusotmer declined to have the problem fixed. And ceased trying to contact us. After that was declined we never received any communication from the customer. We would like to help resolve the issue however if the underlying issue isnt fixed we cannot solve the problem. I stand by my work. Our work that was done in the winter was not to correct a moisture issue. After a few months and the humidity level increased thats when the issue started to show. All of our work was interior work and in no way was to prevent moisture from entering the home.
