      I have been trying to get in contact with anyone who works at all of the locations because my storage unit was broken into and my belongings were stolen. Majority of which are for my personal business. Nobody from this business is reaching out, I can’t get in contact with anyone. I have also had money taken from me from this business that wasn’t agreed upon in the contract. The charge my card at random times with random amounts in which HUNDREDS of dollars were taken from me.

      I have never received a billing invoice from Tigers Eye Self Storage. The address to this storage facility is:

      My storage unit numbers, I have two, are units ** and **. I’ve never received a billing invoice, the only thing I’ve ever received was an electronic copy of the initial contract which doesn’t even have the correct storage unit numbers or monthly rate. I was supposed to receive their move in special which is $1 for the first month. It is advertised continually on their website. I’ve contacted the facility COUNTLESS times trying to discuss why I was charged so much and every time there is no manager available and I’m told they will reach back out to me. They never reach back out to me. My units were broken into over the past week as well and I haven’t received a phone call back from the facility to figure out what I need to do. I’ve called so many times over the past few days I couldn’t even tell you how many times. Nobody is ever physically at this address…EVER. So anyone can come into this location that doesn’t have a storage unit there and nobody is there to regulate that. There is also no gate so literally anyone can come and go 24/7 as they please. I need some help with this situation because I have been charged hundreds of dollars, random amounts at random times, that don’t correlate with my contract or any sort of billing cycle. Now I’ve had my units broken into and I can’t get in contact with anyone who works here.

      On 5/31/24 I paid my storage bill that was due for June in the amount of $67.45. Today, I went to the storage unit only to find that my keys did not fit the lock on unit B21. I called and spoke with the representative for my unit and was told that I put my items in the wrong storage unit and that I would need to wait on someone from maintenance to come and she would call me back. After waiting for almost an hour I called the unit back and was told to wait on a call back. Finally, I spoke with someone at the corporate office only to find that no one from maintenance could come today so I had to make other arrangements to store my items. Now, I am seeing that I have a past due amount for June for $136.72. They are charging me extra money for an error that occurred because I was told over the phone that I had unit B21 and when I was able to put the lock they provided on the door I assumed everything was fine regardless of what the welcome letter stated. I assumed they had made this error the same as they did by having my name spelled incorrectly on the letter. No one could answer my question as to why I wasn't notified when the maintenance team replaced my lock, because I could have easily come and moved my belongings to the correct unit. I should not be charged for their failure to have proper quality checks and balances in place and to communicate to me that there was an issue.
