  On 11/10/21 I contracted Waynes's tree removal service to fill in the drainage ditch as he did with my neighbors' homes. I just moved into this new home on 10/21/21. Wayne said it would cost $5,900 and needed a deposit of $3000 now. I wrote him a check on my TD bank number 900. I assumed he would start the work as he was doing next to my home, Wayne deposited my check on 11/12/21 and cashed it prior to doing any work. Weeks followed when I received a large medical bill for my wife's passing on 6/11/21. My financial situation was seriously changed, so a week later not knowing Wayne had cashed my check I asked him to return it as I no longer could afford the amount quoted and only income of just social security. Wayne did not do or say anything. I kept communication with him and still no work or refund. As time went on, I had learned Wayne's wife was ill and allowed the delay because of this. Months went by with no contact or work, but Mr. English was see going to work every morning and still no work. Almost a year later Wayne dumped the plastic pipe and drain alongside my house without my permission. On 10/8/22 at 9:30pm Wayne called my phone to say his wife was doing well and he is calling many people. Earlier that week I was hit with and unexpected tax bill of over $3100 changing my lifestyle in many ways. Wayne then stated he would do the work the following week end 10/15/22 but never showed up, however it was able to be seen by me driving his gold cart all around his property with no regards for the promise of work he had mentioned. Mr. English is also known as Robert Wayne English. I even went as far as telling him to do $3000 of work at the very least but no reply. Now I am at a financially breaking point with hope of not needing to sell my home and move into a veteran's home. Wayne is not reliable and honest businessman. If this effort doesn't resolve this, I will take him to small claims court. With interest and court fees claimed for him to pay.
