    Was lied to by salesperson Janet. I asked and was told multiple times that the new windows would not be smaller than the existing windows. After the crew began installing I walked out and noticed they were much smaller which is very upsetting to me since the windows looking out to the beautiful backyard were a huge selling point for me on this house. If she would have been truthful I would have paid the additional cost to go with another company who could have given me what I wanted. When questioned about it she continued to lie and claims she never said that. There was nothing I could do at that point since I was already in contract. There was even an office member that came over with her prior to signed contract and confirmed he overheard us discussing that but it didn't seem to matter. Company said since I signed contract and what she said wasn't written in the contract there was nothing that could be done. Lesson learned! Will not use or recommend window world to anyone based solely on dishonest salesperson.

    Ms. P******.. I have reviewed your submission and have to dis-agree with your statements. Our Design Consultants are highly trained and will never lie to any customer. Our reputation speaks for itself. ALL replacement windows cause you to lose a small amount of glass, due to the frames being slightly thicker. We are sorry you are anything but pleased with your new windows, but rest assured, you got exactly what you paid for., along with an awesome install and the industries bet warranty.     Chloe Paris and the entire window world team , did a phenomenal and professional job. The windows are beautiful. My wife is sooo happy. If you’re in need of windows, I would recommend the window world team. Chloe is very professional in her approach and answered every question to my satisfaction and I was confident and convinced that this was a great choice to go with window world. Installation crew cleaned up afterwards and that just put it over the top. Thank you chloe and team for a wonderful experience.

    From the quality products to the professional handling of sales, scheduling, and installation - Window World was great! Chloe Paris is hands down the best I’ve ever worked with! Her attention to detail and guidance were amazing. She sold us a Front door that I was at first hesitant about – but she was right – it is beautiful, and we get so many compliments on it. Jeff handled the installation, and it was done timely and professionally – and the work was quick with no mess left behind. So of course, we called Chloe when we were ready for replacement windows. The price was less than what we were expecting, and Daniel’s installation crew were so quick and professional. A big plus for me was they cleaned up after themselves! When I heard the vacuum running, it was music to my ears! I definitely recommend Window World – and don’t forget to start with Chloe!

    Recently I had all my windows replaced & I couldn't be more happier.Chloe Paris came to me in 2019 & I was a bit undecided due to some financial issues. Here we are 2023 & she still had my info! We changed a few things & she stated it wud be 4-6wks.I got a call quicker than I expected!! Daniel & another guy were amazing on tha install!Very professional, neat, & cleaned up very well.I went from 1982 windows to 2023! THANK U WINDOW WORLD, WINDOW WORLD OF THE MIDLANDS COLUMBIA,SC! CHLOE U'RE THE BEST!!!!
