    On 12-26-24 we had the UPS store ship 2 packages 2 days shipping to Slidell, LA. When we paid for the shipping we were told that the packages would be delivered in 2 days, on 12-28-24. The packages did not arrive until 12-28-24. When I went to talk to the people at the UPS store, the woman told me that it was not supposed to arrive until Monday 12-28. I showed her the 2 boxes used for shipping that had "Saturday" in bright orange labels on the boxes. She said that the labels were already on the boxes which is not true. There are 2 lies here, one about the 2 days shipping and one about the Saturday labels.

    The customer sent his son to ship packages on 12/26/2024 and had a complaint that the package was late when it was delivered on Monday the 30th. The shipping receipt and the PSO screen that the customer signed both had the delivery date of Monday the 30th. I called the customer and discussed this with him and he agreed with me that the delivery date was correct. I have attached the shipping receipt to this as conformation that what the customer was told was correct.
