      Purchased a brand new unit. Bigger than what was in my home before. The unit isn't even a month old yet and they have been out to my home to fix my unit 7 times so far because it will work for a few days then freeze up and not cool. They keep trying different things to get it to work. I'm by far not please with this company. My husband was trying to give a small business a chance. This has. Been our experience. They have been very kind though.
