      June of 2023 had a contract for new windows installed in house. Payed half up front to have windows built since they were all custom windows. Was told it would be 12-16 week turn around after half money paid. It’s now 6 months later, company giving us the run around. Will not take calls, when we do get a hold of someone they have no idea what’s going on. Feel as out next steps to sue to get half of total cost back. Poor customer service and shady business practices

      I purchased 26 windows 2 years ago. They all had to be re-replaced again due to a manufacture issue. Most of those windows I did get , however they cracked 2 of them when installing. The screens have been falling out or flopping around since purchase and I keep being told that they will fix them when they bring replacements. Local office claims to not own the company anymore so I reached out to the Dallas office and have gotten more Promises and no help Bottom line, I have about 5/26 working screens, original windows that still need to be replaced from factory, and others that are cracked that were new. Their promise when signing up to spend $30k for new windows is that they will replace any window or screen if they break at no charge. I can’t even get windows and screen that are defective fixed and no one claims to own the company anymore. Then previous owner Danny even told me she quit because she couldn’t deal with all the dissatisfaction over the windows. I want all my screens to work, and I want all my windows that were factory rejects replaced and replacement of cracked windows. I want to know who To call under warranty the next time a window cracks or is damaged. These are suppose To withstand high winds but can’t even withstand installation I feel like I could have gone with any other company and gotten a better product and better customer service. I have plenty of pictures of the horrible screens that in just about every window - literally falling out do the windows and flipping in the wind

      This was a job sold by a franchise office. We havent collected a penny on this job but we are helping with this warranty issue and this issue is 100 percent manufacturer low E failure. The manufacturer came back out this week so they can fix the issue. I've explained this to the homeowner but it still comes back on us. It's a custom product and if it's a defect from the manufacturer they are the ones that have to fix their warranty.

      I ordered new windows for part of my home on 11/30/21. At the time I explained the seller's agent that the only reason I wanted these windows now was for the upcoming 2022 hurricane season. She guaranteed that I would get them by April 2022, but due to delays, it could be May 2022, but absolutely no later than that. Due to this, I entered into contract and paid 50% of the total cost which ended up being $5,100. It has been nearly a year, a major hurricane came and went over my house, and I still dont have my windows. I have requested they refund my deposit but they refuse citing outside factors and acts of god. Based on my horrible experience with their customer service, I have serious doubts on whether the delay is due to outside factors or internal incompetence, poor planning of materials, labor, etc.
