  I have many complaints about the lack of professionalism this company displayed while in my home. From helping themselves to my dishes and refrigerator to making no effort to protect my furniture or carpets. They also asked for labor costs up front. I paid them $4000 after demo day thinking it was for materials. Nothing was put on paper until after i insisted for the 4th time to get things in writing. The only thing they sent me was a picture of chicken scratch on a piece of notebook paper. I could go on and on but the main reason I'm contacting the BBB is because Taylor L***** destroyed my bathroom when he was asked to fix some of his work. They built a 70's style platform at the back of my shower. I didn't ask for that and I told them I didn't like it. John told me that was the only solution to cover a hole in the floor. After the platform was tiled it tilted towards the wall. It was very obviously uneven. It would have caused water leakage issues nevermind the fact that its a complete eye sore. Every issue i brought up was dismissed as if i wasnt a paying customer. John mentioned multiple times that theyre helping me out. Taylor suggested that i spray paint the chrome shower fixture because they bought the wrong color. I said that's not a good solution. He insisted that if i used rustolium spray paint it would be fine. Who would be happy to spend $11,000 on a bathroom reno and end up with spray painted fixtures? Thats absurd. He refused to pay for the correct fixtures with his own money. My friend and kids babysitter told him if he isn't willing to buy a new fixture or fix his subpar work he was welcome to quit but he wasn't getting any more money. That's when Taylor started ripping down tile and drywall in a fit of rage. He also thought it appropriate to scream and curse at me and my kids babysitter while my 3 year sat nearby. We were completely shocked at what had just happened.

Her first design was done and her ideas , then changed her mind and wanted a new design with a bigger shower. Total of $4000 labor was paid for LABOR. She seems to forget that part of jobs , she bought all materials. ****** text and d said how she loved the new design and so happy . Then has your nanny tell me you went over budget and don't have anymore $$, cause you couldn't tell us you don't have it . Our labor was paid to do what was done in 6 days of work. You have some issues for real ! You made coffee and offered it to me so how did we use your silverware and glasses ??? How insane ! You told Don to put his Mountain Dew in the fridge ! Your own brother agreed with us and said it was wrong to have your nanny get involved . You kept changing your mind and it keeps changing the days there and labor to work ? I don't understand how you don't get that ? All you did was say how you loved it and now that the tile was taken down your plan to get a free tile job backfired !!! You lie and don't want anything to do with someone like you . We just did a 27,000 job for your brother and he paid np and loved it. He paid as the work was going and everything went smooth ! I have all pics to prove all your lies ! Pics will be attached . There will be no money back at all for 6 days of labor and lies ! Now you get to see how much savings we gave to you ! Your nanny said how clean and nice we kept the home every day with demo ! Another lie ! Your plan to get over on is backfired and you trying to talk bad on us with your neighbor also while we were installing floors also backfired when she said they are awesome and love them and there work and closed the door in your face ! You need to learn to stay within your means and cost ****** and not to mention you were going to go after your ex to pay for this bathroom and laughed and joked about how your cheap and don't like to pay for anything, and hopefully you have the money to do the job. Sorry it don't work like that and not getting over on us for 6 days of labor and can't make up your mind and then say you love it and then hate it within 12 hours for the 2nd time ! No mam you paid us for all that and not getting a cent back ! Treat people with respect and not lie about using glasses when you made the coffee ! and see how much really a remodel is going to cost you now ! That Justin discount is gone !! All the tile that was taken down was the tile you didn't pay for and owed since it was all up , best of luck with someone else now finishing it up . We have the right to not work for certain people and you are the #1 person in town with your lies and craziness ! It's unbelievable! John, you make a habit of attacking your clients mental state as I can see from your other BBB complaints. Maybe if you showed up to the job you would have been more aware of what was going on in my house. I didn't expect a reasonable response from an unreasonable person. There's never a good reason for a construction company to vandalize someone's property. Like I said, this will go to the magistrates office and a judge can listen to all your excuses of why it's ok to destroy someone else's house. You changed your mind every day on the details and every time we said ok and it's going to add more time on job and labor ! We have a A+ rating for a reason ****** ! For you to say "if I was at the job " I absolutely was going to take off for my new baby and not miss that over nothing and told you from day 1 ! You are truly a miserable person deep down and isn't it funny your own brother paid us $27000 and loved it and paid np (4) draws and made his house brand new , and your neighbor that shut the door in your face and she paid and loved it , hired us again right after ! The only one that is the problem is YOU ! You are just like the other 2 complaints we had in 12 years of biz ! Don't you ever make it a big deal like I wasn't there and just missed 2 days for my newborn ! I mean that ! Your a evil person and the public will see who really is the problem! You made jokes about hopefully you have the money to do this job in the end and then had your nanny tell taylor the truth because your too embarrassed! I didn't touch a thing on that day taylor was there and found out your broke and can't pay anything else ! Let it go to court and watch a judge see labor was done (6) , demo 2 times days and that's all you paid for from pics and receipts we provide . Now hire someone else and see how much you were getting saved on ! You don't appreciate anything someone tries to help you with . I promise we will win and you want get a dime back for the labor we did and paid for only , what wasn't paid was the 2 days after the first week and you agreed on $3000 remaining, we never received any off last payment and use that now towards another contractor . Your taking someone to court for money that was never paid out ! You still have the $3000 to hire someone else . Just like your bro said with y'all doing the dog grooming business, if a customer causes issues and problems and don't pay , y'all don't service them ! We'll it's right back at you now ! The way you make personal attacks against your customers is a great representation of how your run your business and the type of character you have. I'll make sure the judge sees your responses on this website and the police report and all the photos of the vandalism that was done. I'm done responding to these messages. They aren't going anywhere productive.
