Guzman Concrete formed and poured 2 concrete pads in the rear or my home. Guzman also installed a French drain in my back yard. I had influenza A and was extremely sick during this process. I paid Mr Jamie Guzman via two checks, 1-13-24 $1,500 deposit and 1-15-24 $1,900. A few days later I was looking at the pads and noticed there were splatters on all sides where the concrete was poured. I requested Guzman to return to correct the problem, via telephone and text, my communication was ignored. This is a brand new home, was less than 4 months old when the work was done. It is impossible to remove concrete once it has remained on the surface 3 plus days. The material us hardback siding. The French drain had to he removed as it was not working properly and was only 3 or 4 inches beneath the sod. Due to the fact it was installed incorrectly and not draining properly, the French drain and sod had to be removed. This was done a couple of weeks ago. I want a refund for materials and labor charged for the French drain and my siding with concrete on it replaced or repaired if it would match. I'm pretty sure it would all have to be repainted at the very least. ***** ****
