Horrible business management I received a quote for replacement windows called guy to come pick up check to get started says he just needs to measure windows again to make sure everything is correct then changes the price to **** more than original quote they should be embarrassed to represent themselves this way I would not recommend anyone doing business with them. Then offer me $500 off that price like hes doing me a favor how about owning up to your original quote!!!!!!!!!

Our salesman, *****, provided an estimate for a complicated project, where opening sizes and styles of windows were being modified. He was not feeling well at the time of the appointment and tragically, he passed away a few days later. When *** contacted us to move forward, we sent another rep who discussed the project in detail, recommended a change, which added a window, and explained that ***** had not included additional labor for some of the carpentry. This added about 15 - 20% to the original estimate. *** was not happy about this and when I called him to explain, he became hostile and the conversation ended without any resolution. It's important to note that there was never any signed contract nor any deposit given, so *** is obviously free to hire another contractor.
