    Hiring this company was the biggest regret I have ever had. They broke my fence, ruined my ivy, and left my front yard with the largest pieces of oak imaginable (some pieces weighing over a few thousand pounds) after stating they would leave it in manageable size pieces. Not only that, but they were completely unsafe having a massive oak branch fall 4 inches from my front door and pulled the enormous okay tree with a truck while chainsawing it down. If it was so dark that they were unable to see where they were blowing woodchips, then I am not sure how it was safe enough for them to be removing a tree. Aside from that, ****** charged me for a tree that she didn't remove ($1800) and stump grinding that didn’t happen. She stated if the stump grinding didn’t take place, she would pay me back $300. I even paid $200 extra because she made me feel so uncomfortable. I am looking to get $2300 back for the services not completed.

    I paid $1,850.00 on April 19, 2022 to have a tree removed and the stump ground down at **** ******** **., York, PA *****. They took the tree down that day, but said they would come back that weekend to grind the stump. No one called or showed up that weekend. I contacted them on April 26th and was told that it would be the coming weekend. They said they had to rent a grinder because theirs was being fixed. I contacted them on May 16 because no one ever came and I had not heard anything. I received no response. I contacted them again on June 6. Again, no response. I tried calling again July 8 and was immediately hung up on. I wrote a google review and posted it July 8. I had no response. I posted to their ******** page on July 11. I called July 11 and left a message that I was going to contact the BBB if I didn’t hear from anyone. They deleted the ******** post, but have received no response whatsoever.
