    Claimed he was a professional bathroom remodeler. Did not show everyday until 9-10am and left before 2pm. Signed a contract for a full bathroom gut and remodel. There is holes he did not patch, he used the same towel and toilet paper rack. He ripped up old flooring, did not lay new sub flooring and now the floor sinks it when you step on it. Ripped out our old shower, replaced with new and put wood strips in it to hold it together. The faucet to the shower is loose. The sink faucet is not the color that was signed in the contract. He used the same mirror from the prior bathroom. The caulking never held and he claimed he was going to place a go pro in my bathroom to make sure nobody was using the tub within the time frame he did not want us to use it. He wanted to pad lock my bathroom door, he put the shower panels on backwards. Will not respond to messages now! Very unprofessional and disgusted.

    I entered into a contract with Next Level Installers, *********************, on April 20, 2023. The project was to install a 15x30x52 above ground pool, 32x32x52 fence for the pool and a 10x20 deck with rails and replace old deck 43x8' and back steps. I have paid more than what the contract called for and he did not finish the project on time or within agreed budget. He did damage to our property and the neighbors property, did not repair and backfill the dirt up to our front concrete slab and it is eroding away now. He still has to complete the cement forms for the posts for the fence and to install the fence and do the final inspection with the township. He will not return my calls. The project was to be completed by June 16. He has left massive amounts of trash on our property that I had to clean up. They do not respect other people's property. They have one of our shovels. They went into our garage and used things of ours without asking and then left them out in the elements not taken care of or putting them back where they found them. I would like to file this complaint in hopes he is not able to continue as a contractor and scam others out of hard earned money to do an honest project. This project has been paid in full and now I will have to find someone else and pay them money I do not have to do the work ********************* agreed to and accepted money to do. I would like a refund for the portion of work they did not do. I do not trust them to come back and do a good job. I would prefer to hire someone I can trust and use the refund to pay them.

    The local police got involved and ***** has been coming to finish the work. We are down to just a few items for completion. Hopefully this week we'll be done.

    Unfortunately ***** stopped coming to finish the job. He's not returning calls or texts.

    I contracted Next Level Installers to install an above-ground pool and deck. Wayne S*******, owner, bullied me into paying him the full amount prior to the deck being completed and now its only 1/3rd completed. Beside that he stole from me and did poor work. He stole my sons 24 bottle case of ********* beer, a metal clamp for the conduit pipe, a curved cutting tool, a new bucket of 10 lb screws and boards. My neighbor witnessed him stealing the boards. He admitted to taking my sons beer and drinking it. He stated he would replace it but did not. I filed a police report with ********* Regional Police Dept. He destroyed a huge area of my yard that now needs re-seeded with grass seed and straw placed on top of it. He cut off a light pole and left a 6 inch portion sticking out of the ground that I cant mow over. He threw his cigarette butts and trash on my yard even though I sat a trash can right where the boards were laying for the deck. I have a landscape company coming to my house today to give me an estimate to repair the yard. I had another contractor at my home today that will be writing up an estimate to finish the deck and saw off the pole light pipe sticking out of the ground. I can forward these to you as soon as I receive them. He was high and was texting me telling me that I needed to pay for a change order but couldnt tell me what for or an amount. I told him I would not pay for anything more. He demanded I have a 10 lb bucket of screws on the job the next morning and I did so. He came to my house and put 3 boards on the deck, took the screws and havent seen him since. I do not trust him any longer, so I am looking to receive compensation back from him since I paid for the deck in full and its not completed. I paid him $6000 for labor for the deck and only 1/3rd of the deck is completed. I am asking for $4000 back for the 2/3rds he did not finish.
