    11/23/2022 Hair town I made a purchase of a you part clip in wig. I purchased the wig , the wig did not fit. I could not return it the day of Thanksgiving, because the store was closed. I attempted to make return Friday I go to the wig department I was told I could not make return first they told me because it was on the bottom of, my receipt, second was because the clip then he finally told me it was because I cannot return wig. I was given three excuses for them not to accept my return. I have my receipt it does not say anything about me not being able to return it.I was not given a store credit I was not compensated any type of way and the manager was rude At the register when I made the purchase, the cashier nor the employees in the wind department told me that the the hair was nonrefundable that should be told to a person when theyre making an exchange the manager said to me how would I get each of my staff to inform the customers they cannot make a return upon purchase for a wig . The manager said they were two signs in the front. There is one sign in the front, and it does not specify a U part wig cannot be returned.
