      Policy Purchased Aug 13, 2023 Burglarized Aug 15, 2023 Claim filed Aug 21. 2023 with all required documentation and supporting evidence of burglary.Premium $11/month Insurance coverage for storage facility to insure against burglary Storage unit was burglarized, filed a claim, assigned claim adjuster *************************. Provided all required information and documentation for claim. Sent **** multiple emails, placed multiple calls, left multiple voicemails. **** has failed to act with sense of urgency due to the nature of my loss. I have concerns and questions that have gone unanswered and unresolved. ***** Storage Space Requires an active insurance policy through ESIS at an additional cost for the storage facility. I have upheld my portion of the contract by maintaining coverage and promptly submitting requested claim documentation. ESIS/ **** has grossly failed to maintain communication and continues to show incompetence towards resolving a legitimate claim. Since I was not able to reach **** after several failed attempts, I attempted to call other phone numbers listed online and requested to speak with a manager. I was informed by ESIS customer service that they can not provide me a direct number to Claims department or managers. I was informed that they will send a message for someone to contact me. As of today I have not been contacted by anyone.

      While working for ****** ****************** ********, who uses ESIS for workmans comp insurance I went to the emergency department as a precautionary measure on 03/19/2021 for an injury I sustained during the arrest of a suspect armed with a knife that was subsequently cleared through the Colorado corporate office as justified. I turned in all billing paperwork to my site manager and thought nothing more of it. The debts in question were turned over to a debt collector who has been attempting to contact me and has caused serious damage to my credit score. I have attempted to contact ESIS numerous times by email and phone, leaving numerous voicemails, and they apparently refuse to return my calls. I reported them to my states labor board and they apparently denied responsibility for the charges.

      Completely unprofessional can never get ahold of case worker, she refuses to respond to emails and calls. Fails to send payments on time which is required by law instead I've gone weeks without payments issued
