  Punctual Expedite is a great company. *************************** works for them and he is an honest, straightforward , polite and professional. I will definitely be doing more business with him and only him. I had hired another company, ***** told me they would raise the quote and they did. They tripled it, tripled. The quote ***** gave is what I paid and I was happy, he found a driver fast and had my Rv picked up when he said he would. I appreciate honesty above all else.

  These guys did a great job managing the pickup, transport and delivery of my new sidecar motorcycle. No money up front and the bike arrived safely the next day in a closed trailer. Have to say, I was nervous about doing business over the internet and worried that I might never see the bike again, but guys came through and at a fair price!

  This was the worst experience to transport a vehicle. I signed a contract with their agent, *****, almost 2 months prior to shipping. I checked in with ***** a week and half to make sure that everything was scheduled, and he assured me that it was. I was supposed to get transporting information 2 days before scheduled pickup, but nobody contacted me. I called them using text messaged and leaving voice mails. The next day ***** called me and told me ***** left the company and nobody knew anything about my contract. ***** told me that they found a driver and that they could pick up my vehicle that night. Nobody came to pick up my vehicle, so I reached out to ***** the next day. ***** blamed ******* lack of experience, but the price to transport my vehicle was an additional $700 from that of my signed contract. I refused their services! The manager, ****, attempted to rectify this issue and then offered where I only had to pay another $300 instead of the $700.This one star rating is being generous.

  I used this company to ship my car from ******* to ********, they did a very good job. They came on time and delivered on time, I will recommend and used them again
