    My car was taken here after repossession. I immediately paid the finance company the amount owed and the vehicle was released and I was given the information to where it was located. Jp recovery when trying to call they don’t answer the phone and when you leave a message they inform you that they are open less then 2 hrs a day. This situation is bad enough now I have to jump through hoops to get in contact with a company that despite making almost 2 million a year in income off the backs of people who fall on hard times. They can’t even bring themselves to answer a phone or be open a normal amount of time. Disgraceful

    Repod my car but won’t give personal items that I paid for back and I was even willing to take in parts that I have that are original and to the car the car can’t barley run with out them and I need my property from the car back. I was also hit multiple times by a male worker and have it on video and the women owner tried to lock me in the gates for trying to take my personal property back
