  DDB was recommended by his friend 203k consultant. DDB had the bank consultant that was contracted to represent me with the bank and certify the payouts were correct to write up way more than what was done. Per the new bank consultant DDB got overpaid by 50k putting in financial ruins. DDB dragged my home reno by over a year, drained the budget of most money leaving all the big ticket items on his estimate undone leaving and collecting most of the money. After getting paid over 89k of the 149k reno estimate, and over a year later, I still did not have a home to live in, no electricity. no running water and black mold from his failed waterproofing.

  Can I give them a zero? Cheaped out on materials, hardly showed up to work, Shoddy workmanship, unprepared etc..I could go on and on. Always needed more money for something . Paid them 32,000.00(appx 1/2 of total bid). Had independent inspection due to suspecting fraud. Whole thing has to be taken down. Kicked them off the ******'s a mess! Of course not their fault. They haven't heard the last of me.

  Very disappointed in the quality of the work for a recent outdoor structure build. We need to hire another professional to fix the shoddy workmanship. The outside consultant was horrified by the poor construction and lack of attention to detail. The owner does not communicate well or respond to text messages in a timely manner. He will tell you what you want to hear and then not follow through. Multiple incidences of delayed ordering of construction materials and miscommunication with his subcontractor. The end project is beyond disappointing.
