      I hired Levic Moving and Storage to move my furniture and belongings from Berkeley CA to Clackamas OR. The phone operator (Gaby/ ***) said it would be 5 days. The mover (***) said it would be 9 days. The Contract said it would be within 21 business days. It has been one month and all of these limits have been surpassed. I have called and emailed many times, and for over 2 weeks, they have neither picked up or returned any of my calls or emails. I read an online review detailing the exact same problem I am having. They have not contacted me to inform of the location of my property.

      I was quoted on a move to take 3-7 days, and cost 1600 dollars. The booking agent grosely under quoted me, as once everything was loaded onto the truck, they forced me to pay 2200, and told me it would be up to 21 business days until I received my stuff. After 2 weeks, I finally received my stuff and nearly everything is broken. Boxes look broken into (if not totally crushed), all plates and cups broken, TV smashed, nothing fragile survived. Even more durable things, like my desk and TV stand, were disassembled further after pickup and they delivered the pieces with no screws. On top of that, the delivery agency held my stuff hostage and charge me more after he made the subjective choice that he needed a smaller truck to deliver my goods, after there was a similar size truck parked right down the street moving someone else in. The people that showed up to move threatened my girlfriend, stole money from her bag. I will be calling the police to file a report this afternoon. Impossible to get ahold of anyone in their customer support office, and I am having issues filing for insurance coverage from what they allegedly have. One final note, their customer service rep told me that another customer of theirs had been waiting for over a month for their stuff, and that they had essential medical supplies for the elderly client. I want this business to not be able to scam anyone else, and pay retribution to the other clients. I am fortunate enough to manage, but others are not as lucky to just replace their stuff after using this budget mover.

      We have had set an appointment with a moving company called Levic van lines,to come an pick up our items on 06/06/2022 we payed a 500$ deposit but they didnt show up and didnt answer our calls only after so many tries.The said they had a prob with the track,the driver and keept giving excuses.After a so many conversations they said they will send someone for wednsdey or thursday but they called few hours after that and said they can do nothing for us and they will not answer our calls any more.
