    BEWARE!!! I called and requested one large tree removed and several others trimmed and pruned. The crew showed up and proceeded to cut all of the branches on one side of the trees leaving them completely lop sided. When I asked if he was going to trim the rest of the tree, he said he "wasn't there to prune to shape the tree" (that was what I was paying for) and if he cut from the top of the tree it would become diseased. Not the case. They then butchered my beautiful and expensive river birch tree leaving it looking like a pathetic palm tree. To make matters worse, they damaged my neighbors driveway. I called to explain the damage and poor tree work that was done. They sent someone out who couldn't believe how terrible the job was. He was embarrassed. A week later they came to "repair" the driveway and "trim" the trees. What a joke! The asphalt crumbled to pieces. I had to call back yet again and explain the situation and discuss how simply patching the driveway was not sufficient because it would look terrible. The owner, Derrick, was SO rude and refused to repair the driveway in an appropriate manner. He told me I was "crying and whining" when I further explained my disappointment in their services. I would never recommend them to anyone!
