    I've taken CE classes from them for years and when I requested a phone call to discuss issues with FL licensing regarding my classes I learned what a uncaring company this is. I've left numerous calls with no response. In short, I had to retake CE classes from another company spending another approximately $1,000 in classes. DO NOT USE MCKISSOCK. DO NOT ORDER ANY CLASSES ONLINE, ANY ERRORS WILL NEVER BE ADDRESSED OR EXPLAINED BY THE COMPANY. This is a sweatshop and they truly don't care about you!

    Always sign me up for the wrong classes, even though I specify to check whats required. I called back in to tell them about one of their mistakes and then the rep that I talked to gave me wrong information that the class was not due this year although it was.
