    On February 21, 2023 I provided The Auto Tag Store with the forms, check made payable to the state of Pennsylvania (issued by the creditor) and payment in the amount of $167.89 for the vehicle title transfer from a lease purchase (******) for ******* ** ******** (Sister- I am the acting Power of Attorney). I was informed the process should take 6 to 8 weeks. To date we have not received the Title or an explanation as to the delay in the process. I have called The Auto Tag Store multiple times and gave them my contact information as they stated they would call right back with the information. It is going on 5 months with no title and 3 weeks with no return phone calls. PennDOT customer service is virtually non existent, multiple calls made and representatives not available to assist or busy assisting others.

    I have made contact with the auto tag store and have worked to resolve my complaint to my satisfaction.

    It turns out that one of the employees who no longer is employed by the auto tag store appeared to be the problem. The auto tag store is in good standing with myself at this point.
