    I ordered paper bags from this company. They sent the wrong item. I returned the incorrect item. I reordered the correct item. They sent the same wrong item again. I returned the incorrect item, again. They then sent the correct item, but wrong color. I had to keep the incorrect color, but correct item due to timing, I needed the item for an important event. Each time I reordered, my account was charged. I was refunded some of the amounts I was charged, but not all of it. I am still owed $66.82. It has been over a month & they keep saying they will refund this amount, but it has not shown up in my account. In addition, they never offered me a discount, free shipping or any other compensation for all of the hassles of returning the incorrect orders!

    A refund was finally issued.
    A refund for the amount of $13.52 was received 11/19/22
    And the amount of $53.30 was received 11/10/22
    Although the matter was resolved with the issued refund, the manner in which the refunds were issued was unprofessional as well as the shipping of the items.
