  *************************** can do very good work, but he did not in the end. But he works erratically, often only 2 hours a day, sometimes skips days for various reasons. Everything took forever. He has not fulfilled his contract signed March ****************************************** 5 weeks. It is now October and I've had to hire 4 others to finish up what he left unfinished. He walked off the job Sept 1 without having finished either the bathroom or the bedroom, or replaced the front door, which was the freebee he threw in to convince me to do both projects together--i.e. a bigger contract--at the same time. I never intended to replace the bathroom radiator and radiator cover. He convinced me to replace it with a hydronic towel warmer he would provide and install. He took away the radiator & cover, and left me without any source of heat in the bathroom just as the weather was cooling. I paid him the entire amount for the contract because he insisted he needed a weekly payment, although the contract said otherwise. In essence ****** started out ok, but he turned into a conman. I paid him and others much more than the original contract and it has taken much longer than stipulated in the contract. His associate, the plumbing and electricity guy always came late and acted erratically. He left my house wide open, unlocked. Not a safe team. They did not respect/fulfill the contract. ****** can do good work, but he failed to complete work in a timely manner
