*** *******'s ******** Truck tractor was towed from the **** Travel Plaza at **** ** **** **** Lake Ariel, PA. The vehicle was declared abandoned and was requested to be removed from the scene per the property manager. The local police were also notified. A heavy duty tow truck was used to remove the ******** Truck, it was towed to our shop at 2300 Washburn St, Scranton PA (16 miles). Per the complaint, *** ******* claimed his truck was towed 12 miles and he was charged $1,000.00 as that is not the case. We charge by the hour not mileage, the total time for this tow was 2.5 hours, SEE ATTACHED RATE. We also stored the vehicle from August 15th thru 19th and did not charge him which should have totaled $625.00. The total the Mr Peralta would have owed should have been Towing: $1,350.00 Storage: $625.00 for a total of $1.975.00. As we only charged him the amount of $850.00 SEE ATTACHED INVOICE and allowed him to work on his truck for 3 days in our lot. The day I received the complain letter from BBB I reached out to ** ******* and asked what was going on and why he didn't put accurate info in the complaint and he stated that he was just upset that his truck was towed and would email the BBB to let them know that he wasn't upset anymore.
    Thank You
