    They left a lot of things undone properly for the amount that they asked for the bathtub do not fit correctly to squeeze in there. There is a lot of pinholes around the edges where water can get into. I already had an open space for the pipes in the closet area. they just tore it open and now its torn open even more. I also asked him to have the walls meet the tile cause I didnt want to redo the bathroom I just wanted to redo the tub. They assured me that everything would be looking OK and it doesnt. It looks like a cob job. They cut my wall too short and now I have a big Piece missing but they called. It didnt think I would notice it is not worth $10,000. the materials not even $4000. This company does not do a good job installing tubs.

    Bathroom job left a lot to be desired. It was measured incorrectly. It was put in when I was getting home from the doctors office and I was under medication, but that did not excuse the fact that it couldve been done properly. Part of the wall ,This started peeling down immediately maybe an hour after they left so I am not happy with this job. I am not happy with the measurement from this job. I am not happy with the response from Management and Im not happy with the fact that Management took seven hours to respond to my phone calls, I am not paying $12,500 for a job that is poorly done I have already informed Green store, which is the funding sauce for this particular job that I am not willing to pay for a job that is poorly done and not even responded back from Jacuzzi properly as a 78-year-old senior with heart problems I do not need to add aggravation I do not even feel comfortable going into the bathroom and I have not done so and I have shut the door to the bathroom thing is the response I got from Management is that the measurement was taken from the tub and thats why it does not reach the ceiling I dont understand that. I dont understand how you can measure from the tub because when you take the tub out anything could happen and it may not measure correctly. Also, my salesman was here for five hours and he shouldve went over the different measurements with me I told him I do not like to sign things online. I only did that is the courtesy for him. He was supposed to overnight mail a paper copy to me so that I could actually read it which was not done , so I feel like my response, even though I signed it on the thing as a courtesy fam should not be held legally because I told him that I do not understand the stuff that you sign online and he promised to overnight mail me a copy of the contract which was not done so I feel like this whole thing was handled properly by Jacuzzi And by my salesman and by the Management, No one should be discourteous

    The representatives of this company are not responsive. We spent quite a lot of money replacing the tub and the wall. However, the water key is not straight, and the material used for the wall has a defect on it.
