      Pricing, preauth, customer service knowledge is all a one star.5 stars to the customer Service ice reps ********* and ********. ( hope I get their name spelling correct.

      I was prescribed Lidocaine patches 5% that should be covered by Clear Springs. They decided to deny it claiming that I do not have a *** approved reason for them yet I was diagnosed with chronic back pain which is an exception to this medication according to this policy. I am highly dissatisfied with this company and I am so glad to be switching this coming month. I believe that they will not cover my medications anymore because they may not have enough in the company to approve them but this is not on my part it is on the company's part. They should definitely not be in business if they will not help their clients.

      This company is supposed to be a prescription coverage company. This company denies coverage for ordinary medications approved for many years by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Because of companies like this one, it is the reason why health care system in the U.S. is completely broken.
