    I contacted this service called **** on January 28,2023 in need of plumbing services The owner of this company named ****,as stated on his card contacted and came to my home later in the day to do the repair.While here he preceded to tell me about a female customer who he had installed the same kind of plumbing fixtures in her home,which are called snakebites had burst.This is also what happened in my home only 8 days since his service.I took pictures of his faulty work and sent them to him and text him and his response was"I don't know why your sending me pics for,that's not my work and someone had to smash it or have stomped on it .Told me good luck and to go find another plumber.Very unprofessional.I know he's responsible to come back at no cost to repair his faulty work especially since it's only been 8 days.I am unemployed at the moment,he knows this also so therefore I have no money to hire someone else and shouldn't have to considering this is his faulty work.For some reason I can't send you the very unprofessional text he sent me but I do have them in my phone.I would like to resolve this as soon as possible considering I have no running water in my home yet again due to this.
