  I had the pleasure of working with ***** F from Onsite, and I cant say enough about his creativity and craftsmanship. Shawns ability to think outside the box and offer innovative solutions made the entire process smooth and efficient. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly set him apart. The quality of his work is outstanding, and its clear he takes great pride in what he does.   I have been working with Shawn F****** from Onsite IT Solutions for over 13 years. You could not find a company any better to take care of your IT needs. They are just a phone call away! I was on vacation in OC, MD and I had my laptop with me to do payroll. I was having issues not being able to access the online payroll services. I called Onsite Solutions and we went over several solutions which my laptop was not responding. 2 1/2 hours later Shawn from Onsite arrived at our condo with another laptop to use while I was away. This was truly amazing! What great service! I have never encountered service like this. I would never use anyone other than Onsite IT Solutions. Their responsiveness is beyond words, their ability to recognize an issue and correct it is amazing. This is a solid company with integrity. Give them a try you will not be disappointed!

  We had the pleasure of working with OnSite IT Solutions for a business safety survey at our charter school located within Philadelphia and we could not have been more impressed. Prior to their visit, we had experiences with three other vendors conducting similar surveys; however OnSite IT Solutions truly stood out as exceptional. From their arrival at the school, it was evident that their expertise and professionalism were top notch. What truly set them apart was their ability to provide the school with comprehensive feedback that was both incredibly valuable to our school’s safety infrastructure and protocols. The school worked closely with Shawn F******. What impressed us the most was his approachability to explain technical terms and concepts into layman’s terms, so that we could fully understand both our problems, options and the implications of each decision. In fact, OnSite Solutions was not only able to address our immediate needs, but also provided us with proactive recommendations to enhance our overall safety measures. Based on our needs, Mr. F****** assisted us with implementing cameras on the outside of our building and incorporated us in creating a state of the art sound and lighting system within our school’s auditorium.   Shawn Fairfax is the most dependable and reliable in the business. I am a small business and have been working with Shawn for all my IT needs since 2000. Compared to larger companies, my IT needs are simple, however, functionality and security are the same for any business.   Shawn and his team are second to none. We operate our business at the top of the motorcycle performance industry leading the way in cutting edge technologies, our operating systems need to be lightning fast to capture data in our dyno room and there can be no compromising. Shawn has worked tirelessly to integrate multiple data collection platforms and different manufacturers tuning software into our operating system. He spent countless hours working with software he didn't profit from to seamlessly transition it back into daily use here for us. His security measures are sound and we feel protected and secure in todays turbulent and trying times knowing our proprietary data is redundantly backed up and more importantly protected for our eyes only.   Onsite It Solutions was the only choice During my time at Larry McCrae for 25 Years, and wen i started my next venture, CMS LLC. Onsite was there as well, they took care of all the computer needs, emails, firewalls, data back ups, there is no one else to call when it comes to your It problems. definitely recommend Onsite to any small or large business.   What a gem of a find for us! Since 1991 The Onsite team has been keeping our business tech running and up to date. They are quick to respond and always there when we need them.   I have never worked with a company like OnSite IT Solutions. The team members at OnSite IT Solutions take the time to learn about your company to ensure they offer you the best services. They educate you so you can make the best decision, but more than anything, they care about protecting your company. If you want to make at least one change to involve your current company, start with OnSite IT Solutions. It would be great if there were more companies like them.
