    Contracted Peterson's to collect trash weekly. They rarely pick up my trash. One time I went for a month without a pickup and no forewarning or alternate pickup dates. They rarely respond to my messages. I now have 2 weeks of trash sitting at the curb. I have cancelled my service and want them to pick up their cans and trash and give me a total refund for this quarter of $40.54.

    We’ve been customers of Peterson’s waste service since before the Covid pandemic and were hopeful that their neglect to customers was as a result of pandemic issues, but it’s been very clear this company has completely gone sour. They have collected our trash less than ten times for this year (2022) when we pay for weekly pick ups. No notice that they are not coming, and no refunds for the missed pick ups. Week after week our trash cans sit at the street remaining full because Petersons refuses to come pick up and WILL NOT answer their call line, WILL NOT allow anyone to leave messages, and does not respond to emails or messages sent through to their ******** account. I’ve never dealt with such a terrible company before in my life and I’m appalled at their lack of any customer service. They can’t even perform the service I PAY FOR. This company should be shut down and prohibited from taking money from anyone else. There are a multitude of complaints against this company in the neighborhood as we aren’t the only ones receiving this “service” or lack there of.

    Missed pick ups. No credit for missed pick ups. They don't answer their phone. They do not communicate with customers. I would like for our account to be credited for apprx 5 to 7 pick ups, and for them to finish picking up our trash fir June.

    Date of transaction: 12/6/21 Amount: $88.00 Business commitment: To remove my trash and recyclables every week.Nature of dispute: I paid $88 for the first quarter of service. More missed pickups than pickups for the entire 3 months. The last month of the quarter was horrendous. There was about 3 straight weeks of missed pickups. That led to me not renewing the service for the next quarter. Since those missed pickups, my cans have literally been on the street for about 2 months now. I've contacted the company multiple times through different avenues...email, phone, ******** messenger and have yet to receive a response back as to when they are coming to get their cans. I've reached out to my township, and they said that they do not have any authority over haulers.Has the business tried to resolve the problem?: No. Multiple times I have tried contacting them and I have yet to receive a response back.Account #: ******
