    We have been a customer of Pro Disposal, INC for 2 years. In April of 2023, we wanted to switch out a 4yd container for a 2yd container. We called and they were going to bring a 2yd out. We got charged $75.00 delivery fee but never got a 2yd container. We also got charged a late fee for the bill. We've always been on auto pay so we should not have gotten this charge. We called two more times in May to see why we never received the 2yd, but were always told that the supervisor was not in and they would call us back. We never received a call back. I called June 13 2023 to resolve this issue and they had to call me back after talking to a supervisor. We ended up cancelling our service with them. I hesitantly paid the bill ($148.70) because I could not get anywhere with them and they were just going to keep billing us, with late fees, until we paid it. We will never recommend or use their service again. They also raised their prices and added a fuel sur-charge without any notice to customers. This company does not deal with customers very well at all. Thank you for your time.

    Unfortunately, I have no choice in the sanitation agency that I use because I live in the City of Johnstown, but I constantly have problems with their employees not picking up my garbage as scheduled. I have called multiple times but they tell me they only have one record of a call that I made about missed pick ** in 2019. They have also refused to issue a refund for weeks from Jan 1, 2022 to March 14, 2022 when I didnt put any refuse out because I was in the hospital, rehab facility and staying with a friend, but they claim to have no record of that as well.
