I obtained the storage unit about three years ago to make extra space in my apartment at the time, however, last year I had to totally move out of the apartment. Therefore, I added much more of my property to the storage unit back in April and May, only to find out it was broken into and I was'nt notified until two and a half to three months later which is outrageous to say the least. I was told by the then manager. that I could remove my property from that storage unit and put it in the unit that the robber who stole all my valuables threw all my unwanted property in and empty storage unit and there is a clause that can be entered where i would not be charged. After all i already lost all the valuable stuff so how does one tell me to pay or vacate and that they our going to auction off the rest of my property. I have not even been able to have the police come to access the damage and loss yet Furthermore, the manager that I just referenced told me that my storage unit as well, as two or three customers next to mines all got robbed because we were given the storage units that can not be monitored by cameras' so this crooked company defender self storage set us up for failure. this is totally devastating and unacceptable. Please investigate this crooked company. Please and Thank You, Sincerely ****** **********
