    Crew arrived on time, they were polite and professional. Very safety oriented for their workers, our property and neighboring property. With close proximity to next house and overhanging wires, I felt the price was reasonable, as I had contacted 2 other services. The first service never got back to me and the second service gave me a vague time line for estimation. When the project was finished, our yard looked cleaner than before they started! Would recommend this business again and again.

    Quoted INSANE scammer amount to remove a few small/medium nuisance trees. Literally 4.5-5x more than all other quotes, including the company I used which was great. On top of that, owner is obnoxious used car salesman. Cant believe people fall for his circus act. Get quotes elsewhere and compare for yourself. Also note every prior negative review he claims is fake and tries to have the taken down like he did to me on google reviews. Totally unprofessional.

    also this guy called us out to a run down duplex rental in Carrick and when we gave him our price he said he already had a cheaper price. He hired a company with no workers comp insurance, no training and no certifications. Our prices will always be higher than a company like that. We like an educated consumer and those are the ones that have hired us since ****.

    The team did a wonderful job, they trimmed/pruned 3 trees in a short time. Those trees now look neat, clean and healthy. The team was polite, quick and cleaned up after themselves. I am highly thankful for their great service. 5/5 stars!

    The challenge was a large oak tree on neighboring property with large limbs hang over the roof of a duplex that I own. The area between my building and the neighbors property was about 10 feet so access was a challenge. For safety reasons, I needed to have the limbs cut back to prevent potential severe weather damage. I met at the site with *************************** of Greater Pitt Tree Service. He was very thorough in reviewing the details of the Project including the limitations of only trimming to the property line of the neighbor, what equipment would be used, what tree limbs would be trimmed, the time frame for scheduling the work and the cost. ***** also told me about the Company's program for Veterans. As a Viet Era veteran, I was glad to know of Greater ****** positive effort to help Veterans. I didn't hesitate to give ***** the Project. ***** also gave me an idea of what week they could do the work. After several weeks just before the week ***** predicted, I was contacted by their office and given an exact day and time. When that day arrived, they came to the site on time and with all equipment and did an excellent job using impressive equipment and well trained staff who made a delicate job look easy. It is not often that I get the benefit of hiring a company who does exactly what they say they will do and when they will do it without any delays or misunderstandings.I highly recommend Greater Pittsburgh Tree Service.Respectfully submitted,********************** Ph.D.
