      Roth Carpet used a Rug Doctor to clean my carpets, charged for stains and cleaning. I was not informed at the time of the appointment they use the Machine like a Rug Doctor. After the carpets dried, they are more dirty from the residue of the dirty water, stains are still there, and the carpets are not clean. I've been trying to contact their offices regarding this issue since 10/4 to advise I will not pay for this. And the technician emptied the dirty water and residue in my bathroom toilet and almost clogged it on the day he came on Sat 10/1, I am not submitting a payment. They need to have better up to date cleaning machines to clean carpets instead of a Rug Doctor Machine. If I was told that is what they use at the time of the appt, I would have not booked the appointment.
