    I have an electrician that does electrical work on the side since he is retired. He has an ****** ***** account so he ordered 4 Boavision CamHiPro cameras for me while they were on sale and quicker delivery. Order numbers ******************* and also *******************. The one camera I kept having problems with. Boavision Technical support never answer their phone, it just rings. I ended up emailing them about the problems I was having with the camera. (email attached). I wanted a replacement. No reply at one time for 3 days. I mentioned the BBB and a reply was sent within a few hours that they would send a replacement. They did. I had the electrician switch cameras that way if there was a future problem with it, he wouldnt have to climb a ladder again. I had him put it by the front door, and put the front door camera on the pole. I believe the one they sent as a replacement was returned by a customer. ******* is no Cloud storage icon on it.2.When I switch it from full color nighttime mode to infrared mode, it does not switch over.3.*** dropped off a box today. He is gone from his truck a very short time. When I tried to ******* from the new camera that is now at my front door, as I watched the time in the corner, it skips footage, especially right when its needed.I had emailed Boavision that I believe they sent me a returned camera as my replacement. No reply. That is why I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. I wanted to send a video of the skipping recording, but couldn't on this complaint format.I highlighted the important lines on the email, but the yellow highlight is barely visible.Thank you for any help you can provide.***** ************* ***************** *********** **********************

    Since I have cut my sunflowers down so I wouldn't get false alarmsalerts like I have in the past on the old camera, I set the alarm on the replacement camera, never an alarm for anything.  No alarm videos, no alarm photos.

    With the infrared mode situation, at times it will switch to infrared, then it switches itself back to full color mode.

    Yesterday, it didn't record from noon to midnight, then it starting recording again.

    For quite a few weeks on Fridays at 3:04 a.m., the camera would reset itself, losing all information and starting over at zero footage.  Since this complaint has been sent, yesterday and the previous Friday, it has not reset itself.  It wouldn't surprise me if Boavision has access to that situation.
