    On the 21st of April, Beyond the Leaf came to my house to provide lawn and tree services. The work was shoddy at best and on Monday, 4/24/23, I contacted our sales rep via email. With no response back, I called the sales rep on 4/26. We talked on the phone and after some discussion Beyond the Leaf agreed to come out that week and fix the things they didn't do. No one showed up that week or the week after. I called the company on Friday, 5/5/23 and left a voicemail. There was no response. I tried calling the sales rep on Monday, 5/8, again there was no response. My wife called the company number on 5/8 and spoke with a man named ***. He insinuated we were liars, that all the work was completed and then promptly hung up on my wife. From there I have sent 2 more emails and tried calling 3 more times. At this point the company has still not called or written back. Furthermore, we got work done by this company back in the summer of 2022 to remove bamboo from our yards. Per Beyond the Leaf's Warranty with us, they are supposed to come out and examine any new bamboo shoots that are too hard to remove with a shovel and simple pull. On 4/26/23, when speaking with our sales rep, I told him that more bamboo was growing and that Beyond the Leaf needed to come out per the warranty we have with them. At this point no one has come out and they are in breach of the warranty. We paid the company over 3700 dollars and once they had our money they went cold on us and refuse to have any contact with us. I want two things from them, to finish the work/fix the wrong tings they did and, two, come out per the warranty and go over our options with the bamboo.
