      Business contracted with 10/2021 to pack household goods in Middletown, PA & put into storage.Few items removed from storage 12/29/2021 when moving into apartment in Mechanicsburg. PA.July 11/12, 2022 items from apartment in Mechanicsburg and items in storage in New Cumberland, PA moved into new house at *** ***** ***** **, Mechanicsburg, PA.Full value replacement insurance coverage taken with mover twice. Initial packing and storage in October, 2021 and in July, 2022 as required by moving co.This claim is two-fold. Total paid to mover approx $30,000 between moving expenses, insurance costs and monthly storage fees. Bulk put on credit card and some paid by personal check. Mover did not disclose available option to buy used packing boxes. Several thousands of dollars spent on boxes only partially filled, boxes using 5 full sheets of wrapping for individual pieces of plastic ware, many, many mislabeled boxes, boxes with bathroom items such as body powder and perfume packed with dishes and pots and pans, many boxes with food items in that rotted and became stale during 9 months of storage, two filed damage reports from 01/2022 & 08/2022 that continue to not be reimbursed for broken antiques, pictures, etc. Estimates and actual charges that do not jive, last month of storage was to be at 1/2 price as goods were removed by 15th of month but full amount was charged, $75 charged for packing box of a $99 **** TV. I have called Mr. Rick L****** of this company on more than four occasions in which appointments were made and he refused to respond; I have written him at least three letters which received no response.In August, 2022, I contacted the office and advised it was my last effort to settle this in a professional manner. Mr. L****** agreed to settle with me within the week. It is now the end of October, 2022 and I am done fooling around with this. I want this matter resolved. The company accountant advised this was one of 5 largest moves. Time to be accountable!
